1 ketul ayam masak rendang
1 ketul hati ayam masak rendang
warm water


MY DINNER
roti sardin
beehun goreng
warm water
*sangat lapar... mcm balas dendam... huhuhu


MONDAY

MY BREAKFAST
2 slice of butter cake
warm water


MY LUNCH
a set of tuna sandwich
1 slice of butter cake
warm water


MY DINNER
2 slice of bread
warm water


TUESDAY

MY BREAKFAST
3 slice of kuih
warm water


MY LUNCH
2 slice of bread
warm water


MY DINNER
half portion of bread - home made
warm water

me notice... not healthy diet... always lack of fruits and vegetable... i will improve it from time to time...
